T\u0259l\u0259bkar da\u015f\u0131nmaz \u0259mlak v\u0259 r\u0259smi reyestrd\u0259 qeydiyyata al\u0131nan da\u015f\u0131nar \u0259mlak \u00fcz\u0259rind\u0259 h\u00fcquqlar\u0131n\u0131 protokolun &#8220;Elektron notariat&#8221; informasiya sistemine g\u00f6nd\u0259rildiyi g\u00fcnden 5 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc m\u00fcdd\u0259tind\u0259 r\u0259smil\u0259\u015fdir\u0259 bil\u0259r. Bel\u0259 m\u00fcraciet olduqda 1 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0259rzind\u0259 icra m\u0259muru bu bar\u0259d\u0259 q\u0259rar q\u0259bul edir v\u0259 borcluya \u0259mlak\u0131n qiym\u0259tl\u0259ndiricinin hesabat\u0131nda g\u00f6st\u0259ril\u0259n d\u0259y\u0259rinin 80%-den az olmayan qiym\u0259t\u0259 sat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn 2 ay m\u00fcdd\u0259t verir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00dcz\u0259rin\u0259 h\u0259bs qoyulmu\u015f \u0259mlak notarius vasit\u0259sil\u0259 r\u0259smil\u0259\u015fdiril\u0259n alq\u0131-satq\u0131 m\u00fcqavil\u0259si \u0259sas\u0131nda sat\u0131lmal\u0131 olduqda q\u0259bul edilmi\u015f q\u0259rar &#8220;Elektron icra informasiya sistemind\u0259n &#8220;Elektron notariat&#8221; informasiya sistemin\u0259 g\u00f6nd\u0259rilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Qeyd edil\u0259n m\u00fcdd\u0259td\u0259 v\u0259 qaydada borclu satmad\u0131qda h\u0259min \u0259mlak elektron h\u0259rraca \u00e7\u0131xar\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">T\u0259l\u0259bkar\u0131n q\u0259bul etm\u0259diyi ipoteka predmeti, yaxud icra s\u0259n\u0259din\u0259 \u0259sas\u0259n sat\u0131lmal\u0131 olan \u0259mlak is\u0259 birba\u015fa elektron h\u0259rraca \u00e7\u0131xar\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">D\u0259y\u0259ri 5 000 manatdan az olan da\u015f\u0131nar \u0259mlak &#8220;D\u00f6vlet sat\u0131nalmalar\u0131 haqq\u0131nda&#8221; qanunun t\u0259l\u0259bl\u0259rin\u0259 \u0259sas\u0259n m\u00fc\u0259yy\u0259n edil\u0259n elektron ticar\u0259t platformalar\u0131 vasit\u0259si il\u0259 d\u0259 sat\u0131la bil\u0259r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Elektron h\u0259rrac\u0131n ke\u00e7irilm\u0259si bar\u0259d\u0259 sifari\u015f &#8220;Elektron icra&#8221; informasiya sistemi vasit\u0259si il\u0259 formala\u015fd\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r v\u0259 h\u0259rrac m\u00fcvafiq informasiya sistemi vasit\u0259si il\u0259 avtomatla\u015fd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f qaydada a\u00e7\u0131q auksion formas\u0131nda ke\u00e7irilir.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sifari\u015f yerl\u0259\u015fdirildiyi g\u00fcnd\u0259n 30 t\u0259qvim g\u00fcn\u00fcnd\u0259n gec olmayaraq ilk elektron h\u0259rrac, ilk elektron h\u0259rrac ba\u015f tutmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, yaxud n\u0259tic\u0259l\u0259ri l\u0259\u011fv olundu\u011fu g\u00fcnd\u0259n 10 t\u0259qvim g\u00fcn\u00fcnd\u0259n gec olmayaraq t\u0259krar elektron h\u0259rrac ke\u00e7irilir (tez xarab olan m\u0259hsullara m\u00fcnasib\u0259td\u0259 layih\u0259d\u0259 q\u0131sald\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcdd\u0259tl\u0259r m\u00fc\u0259yy\u0259n edilmi\u015fdir).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u0130lk elektron h\u0259rrac\u0131n ke\u00e7irilm\u0259si zaman\u0131 sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131xar\u0131lan \u0259mlak\u0131n bazar qiym\u0259tinin \u0259n az\u0131 85 faizini (minimum sat\u0131\u015f qiym\u0259ti), t\u0259krar elektron h\u0259rracda is\u0259 \u0259n az\u0131 65 faizini (minimum sat\u0131\u015f qiym\u0259ti) t\u0259\u015fkil ed\u0259n t\u0259klif verildikd\u0259 elektron h\u0259rrac ba\u015f tutmu\u015f hesab edilir.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Elektron herrac ba\u015fa \u00e7atd\u0131qdan d\u0259rhal sonra onun n\u0259tic\u0259l\u0259ri haqq\u0131nda avtomatik olaraq protokol t\u0259rtib edilir.
